1. Processing & Delivery

Processing Time: Please allow 2-5 business days to process and prepare your order, with large items taking longer.

Carriers: We use FedEx, UPS, and regional freight carriers for large items.

Delivery: For large items (chairs), the carrier may contact you to schedule delivery. Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.
2. Shipping Areas & Restrictions
We ship to physical addresses in the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
3. Shipping Costs & Times

Costs: Calculated at checkout. Large/heavy items have specific shipping fees.

Times: See FAQ for estimates. Delays due to weather, carrier issues, or address problems may occur.
4. Order Tracking & Inspection
You will receive tracking information via email. Inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note any damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of any issues.
5. Delivery Issues

Failed Delivery/Refusals: If delivery is attempted and failed (no one home, wrong address), you may incur additional re-delivery or return fees.

Lost Packages: Contact us if tracking shows no movement for over 7 days. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
