Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be comfortable and productive with your workspace setup. Please review our policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and original condition. Large furniture items (e.g., office chairs) must be in their original packaging, with all protective materials and parts included. Once assembled, they are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

  • Custom-configured, personalized, or special-order items.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, improper assembly, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Opened or used products that cannot be resold as new (e.g., laptop stands or desk racks with signs of use, assembly wear, or missing packaging).

3. Return Process & Fees

  • Initiation: Contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back.

  • Packaging: Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. For large items like chairs, all components (arms, base, casters, etc.) must be disassembled and securely packed to prevent shipping damage. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge fees if original packaging is missing or items are damaged in return transit.

  • Shipping & Costs: Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, which can be substantial for large/heavy items. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured service.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of large items (e.g., office chairs) and opened/assembled products that are accepted, to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days after we receive, inspect, and approve the return.

4. Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, please follow the return process. After your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item. Price differences will be charged or refunded.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. For any damage, defects, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hoursTake clear photos/videos of the damage, the product, and all packaging (including the outer box). We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or prepaid return label as needed.
